Start with a calm, useful introduction.
Tell Tania which service and date(s) you need, then choose a separate time to meet and talk through your pet’s routine, care needs, and questions.

Request care and meet Tania.
Share what care you need and when, then choose a separate meet-and-greet time to review routines and ask questions.
Before you book.
Every pet and household is a little different. These answers cover the basics, and Tania can help with the specifics.
Ask Tania directlyWhy is a meet and greet recommended?+
It gives Tania time to meet your pets, understand the routine, review access and safety details, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.
What should I prepare?+
Bring feeding, medication, walking, behavior, veterinarian, emergency contact, and home-access information.
Is the meeting a confirmed booking?+
No. The meet and greet is an introductory step. Service dates and availability are confirmed separately.
What if my pet is shy or anxious?+
Share that in the form. Tania can use a slower, lower-pressure introduction and follow your handling guidance.
Do returning clients need another meeting?+
Usually no, unless there is a new pet, major routine change, new medical need, or another reason to review the care plan.
Keep their routine. Leave with peace of mind.
