Services Provided

Tania’s Pet Care LLC provides professional pet care services, which may include:

• Dog walking
• Drop-in visits
• In-home pet sitting
• Overnight stays
• Feeding and fresh water
• Basic routine care
• Medication administration (if agreed upon in advance)

All services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability.

Booking & Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits may be required for extended or holiday bookings.

• Accepted payment methods may include online payment processors or other approved methods.

• Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of scheduled services.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may qualify for rescheduling credit.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be subject to a partial service charge.

• Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

• Holiday bookings may require longer cancellation notice.

Tania’s Pet Care LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

By booking services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Provide accurate pet details, including medical and behavioral history

• Disclose any history of aggression or biting

• Provide veterinarian contact information

• Provide an emergency contact

• Ensure safe and secure home access

• Ensure pets are properly vaccinated

Failure to disclose aggression, bite history, or serious medical conditions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Vaccination Requirements

‍All pets must be current on legally required and recommended vaccinations appropriate to their species.

Tania’s Pet Care LLC reserves the right to request proof of vaccination.

Services may be refused if vaccination requirements are not met.

Emergency Veterinary Authorization

‍If a pet becomes ill or injured while under our care, Tania’s Pet Care LLC is authorized to:

• Contact the listed veterinarian

• Transport the pet to a veterinary clinic

• Seek emergency treatment deemed necessary

The client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for all veterinary expenses.

While reasonable care will be taken, Tania’s Pet Care LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from emergency medical treatment.

Liability Waiver

‍By booking services, you acknowledge and agree:

• Pets may act unpredictably.

• Tania’s Pet Care LLC is not liable for injury, illness, escape, death, or property damage unless caused by gross negligence.

• Tania’s Pet Care LLC is not responsible for pets with undisclosed aggression or behavioral issues.

• The client assumes responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet to people, other animals, or property.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tania’s Pet Care LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees resulting from your pet’s actions.

Home Access & Property

‍Clients granting home access agree:

• The environment is safe for entry and pet care.

• All pets are secured appropriately.

• Hazardous conditions are disclosed.

Tania’s Pet Care LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage

• Acts of third parties

• Loss due to burglary unless caused by proven gross negligence

Aggressive or Dangerous Animals

‍Tania’s Pet Care LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services immediately if a pet:

• Displays aggressive behavior

• Poses a safety threat

• Attempts to bite or attack

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Force Majeure

‍Tania’s Pet Care LLC is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters
‍
• Government restrictions

• Illness or emergencies

SMS Communication

‍By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages including:

• Appointment confirmations

• Scheduling updates

• Emergency notifications

• Billing reminders

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Age Requirement

‍Clients must be 18 years or older to book services.

Limitation of Liability

‍To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Tania’s Pet Care LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

‍These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Illinois.

Changes to These Terms
