The license can be used for a single project. You can create one end product for yourself or a client, and after you’re done, you can transfer it over to the client for any fee.
If you want to use the purchased template for a different client or project, then you'll have to buy another license (by buying the template again).
Photographs used in the template showcase are subject to their own licenses, so please make sure to swap them with other assets you have a license to use.
Once purchased, the template or any of it parts cannot be resold as a standalone template product to another party, no matter how much they are modified.
